Handle customer feedback, complaints, and follow-ups
Collaborate with inventory to ensure stock availability
Art Supplies & Inventory Department
Purpose: To source, manage, and oversee a wide selection of high-quality art materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure paints, canvases, brushes, drawing materials, etc.
Evaluate supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
Monitor stock levels, reorders, and restocking
Organize the display and storage of items
Ensure product quality and manage defective returns


Custom Framing & Print Services Department
Purpose: To deliver tailored framing solutions and professional printing for art, photos, and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Help clients select frame styles, matting, glass, and finishes
Measure, cut, assemble, and finish frames
Oversee printing services: large-format, fine art printing, photo reproduction
Quality control on prints & framed items
Fulfill and manage orders, turnaround time, and scheduling
Marketing & Outreach Department
Purpose: To promote ArtSystems’ brand, drive traffic, and build community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage website, social media channels, and email marketing
Plan promotions, discounts, seasonal campaigns
Create content (blogs, tutorials, newsletters)
Coordinate events, workshops, or art demos
Engage with local art communities, schools, and artists


Operations & Logistics Department
Purpose: To keep the business running smoothly, across deliveries, shipping, and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and fulfillment
Manage deliveries in the Central Florida area (as well as UPS / carrier shipments)
Coordinate with point-of-sale and inventory systems
Ensure timely order processing and shipping accuracy
Maintain facility upkeep, equipment, and safety
Finance & Administration Department
Purpose: To manage financial health, accounting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: track sales, expenses, and payroll
Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable / payable
Prepare financial statements and reports
Handle HR tasks: hiring, benefits, record-keeping
Ensure compliance with tax, licensing, and regulatory requirements


Support & Technical Services Department
Purpose: To maintain the technology, tools, and infrastructure that support art, operations, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain point-of-sale systems, computers, network, and printers
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide internal support
Oversee website hosting, updates, and security
Backup data and ensure system reliability
Interface with software vendors or third-party service providers
