Pricing Policy

 

Here at Art Systems we strive to give our customers competitive prices, convenience and great service to make your day bright. So, we offer the lowest prices we can go within our school catalog for the year. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct errors in pricing, increase prices and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email or phone during business hours.

 

Accepted Payments

Art Systems' Education Department accepts most forms of payments. This includes all major credit cards, purchase orders, checks, teacher cards and cash.

 

 

General Shipping Information

 

In-Stock Merchandise

If within Central Florida, orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed with a Rush Status can be same day delivery if handed in before 10 am, provided it we have it in stock. Rush fees may apply.

 

Back Orders

If the product you are looking for is currently out of stock, you will receive a notification via email and expected delivery date. You will not be notified if we do not have an email on file.

 

Multiple Shipments

This can happen if your order has any back orders. Back orders will always be shipped separately with no extra shipping costs.

 

Carriers

Art Systems' Education Department uses two carriers to make sure you items come on time:

  • Art Systems' Delivery Trucks
  • UPS Ground

 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery estimates are based on your purchase date, time of year and your choice of shipping method. Please see chart below.

** Factory Drop Ship is only available when the order meets specific requirements set by the factory. This offer is available within all the continental United States.

 

Order Tracking

We can only offer Tracking Numbers with orders shipped via UPS ground or Factory Drop Ship. Tracking our drivers is currently unavailable.

 

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

To return most purchases, you have 7 days to receive a refund or product credit, as long as your purchased item is still in salable condition. Some items, such as a unique product or furniture, have special return policies. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. Special Order or High-Volume Orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

  1. How do I return an item?
    1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Make sure you know the Invoice/Packing Slip Number for a speedier service
    3. Consult your sales associate during business hours
    4. Any charged delivery fee will not be refunded. Pickup fees may apply.
  2. What items have special return guidelines?
    1. Most Made-to-Order items, furniture and any high-volume orders are subject to the special return guidelines. If you are uncertain if your return qualifies, ask one of our sales representatives.
  3. Can I return items that have been used or opened?
    1. We will not accept a return of an item that has been used or damaged unless it arrived to you in that condition. If the product arrived to you damaged or defective, please refer to Damaged/Defective Product Guidelines for the proper steps to take

 

Special Returns Guidelines

  1. Furniture
    1. Please carefully examine each piece of furniture upon delivery as some returns must be made within the first five business days of delivery.
      • If Returning for preference reasons:
        • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
        • Consult your sales associate during business hours
        • Any charged delivery fee will not be refunded. Pickup fees may apply.
        • Must be returned in new condition
        • Made-To-Order furniture subject to restock fees.
      • If returning due to damage or imperfections
        • Please contact us within 1 week of delivery
        • Consult your sales associate during business hours
        • We will happily replace the damaged product, provide credit or refund you for your purchase.
  2. Special Orders
    1. Anything that is not normally carried in the store are considered Special Order Items. Please carefully examine each item upon delivery as returns can only be made within a week of delivery.
      • If returning for preference reasons:
        • Please contact us within 1 week of delivery
        • Consult your sales associate during business hours
        • Restocking and pick up fees may apply
      • If returning due to damage or imperfections:
        • Please contact us within 1 week of delivery
        • Consult your sales associate during business ours

  3. High-Volume Orders
    1. Anything that is not normally stocked in the store in a high-volume. Please carefully examine each item upon delivery as returns can only be made within a week of delivery.
      • Please contact us within 1 week of delivery
      • Consult your sales associate during business hours
      • Restocking and pick-up fees may apply

 

For all Special Returns, a restocking fee will apply as follows:

Returned Item Restocking Fee
Furniture 30% of original price
Special Order Item 25% of original price
High Volume Item 15% of original price

Damaged/Defective Product Guidelines

 

In the event that any damage or defect has been found, we will refund, replace or credit the product. Please be timely with the notice and follow these necessary steps:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days
  2. Consult your sales associate during business hours with the following details:
    1. Package condition
    2. How it was received (ie. left with front office, signed) and described the damage
    3. Take several pictures showing the affected area(s)
    4. Do NOT ship them back to ASOF without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of the damage claim.
